Ceramic Coating

A brand-new white vehicle picked up from the dealership and a five-year-old black vehicle driven every day have very different needs. 

The new white vehicle may require relatively little paint preparation before a ceramic coating can be applied.

The five-year-old black vehicle that’s spent its life being driven daily and occasionally washed at a coin-operated car wash will require significantly more preparation—decontamination, machine polishing —to create the finish the coating deserves.

The coating is only part of the process. The preparation underneath it matters more than the coating.

Every vehicle begins with an assessment of its paint and condition. From there, I determine the level of preparation required before the coating is applied. This may include thorough washing, chemical and mechanical decontamination, machine polishing and paint enhancement where necessary.

The goal isn’t to perform unnecessary work. It’s to prepare your particular vehicle properly.

Once the paint is ready, the coating is carefully applied, inspected and allowed to cure according to the manufacturer’s requirements.Your vehicle doesn’t receive a predetermined coating package. It receives the preparation it needs.
